Lydia Boon MA, EAT Cert.

Lydia (also known as Lily), is a qualified and experienced Art Psychotherapist, who has specialised within the fields of child and adolescent mental health, attachment and trauma recovery. She offers individual and group art psychotherapy sessions to children and young people within schools, and working closely with their families. Lydia is a CATT (Children’s Accelerated Trauma Treatment) practitioner and is also trained in Environmental Arts Therapy (EAT). She is a BAAT registered Supervisor, and also has experience delivering online and in person trainings and workshops. She has presented at national conferences and has also written for publications: ‘Environmental Arts Therapy: Wild Frontiers of the Heart’; and contributed to the 2022 edition of ‘The Handbook of Art Therapy’.

Lydia is registered with the Health Care Professions Council, has a full membership with The British Association of Art Therapy (BAAT), and is registered as a Supervisor with BAAT.

Anna Litchensteiger MA, EAT Cert.

Anna is an art psychotherapist and an environmental arts therapist living and working in Bristol. Anna has a specialist clinical interest in trauma and abuse as well as working alongside people with learning disabilities and autism. She currently works for a specialist children’s sexual abuse charity, The Green House, where she has developed a creative, nature-based therapy service within the organisation. Anna is the co-founder of an environmental arts therapy process group and arts collective for creative therapists and runs a monthly nature- based mothers’ circle. Anna has a special interest in environmental arts therapy as a group method and facilitates the trainees’ process group as well as teaching on other modules throughout the course.

Anna is registered with the Health Care Professions Council and has a full membership with The British Association of Art Therapy (BAAT).

Julia Hutchinson MA

Julia has worked with Young People and Families in Education, Mental Health and Social Care services. She has completed additional training in supervision and Systemic practice. Julia has a passion and enthusiasm for working creatively within the natural environment. She has completed additional training in EcoPsychology with the Natural Academy. In addition to her work with OSA Julia is currently working for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and works with ages 5-18.
