Our services

1:1 Therapy

We are a team of warm, empathic and experienced therapists that are qualified in offering environmental, art and creative psychotherapies to children, young people and adults. One to one, weekly sessions last up to an hour and we can usually offer you a minimum of 12 sessions. These sessions offer a safe, caring, confidential and well held space that enables you to gain insight into your feelings, beliefs and relationships and explore ways to make positive change.

Group Therapy

We provide a range of Arts Therapy groups situated outside in natural locations, that offer a safe warm and inclusive space for shared experiences and that utilise the therapeutic bounty of creativity and nature. Our groups are a gentle way to be with each-other and carefully explore relationships both past and present, so that individuals feel empowered and able to be themselves.

EAT Workshops

These experiential workshops combine engagement in art making, nature and therapeutic themes that bring about a greater awareness of our deep relationship with nature and its cycles and seasons. We explore personal and collective mythology and associations that draw upon archetypal themes and feeling responses relative to the time of year. We also run multiple day long workshops and retreats for a longer and more in depth experience and group process.

Supervision and Training

We have trained and registered supervisors who offer supervision to qualified therapists and trainees working with children and young people, and also for those wanting to expand their practice to include more environmental arts therapy within their approach.

We also run trainings and CPD courses. See events pages for more information.

“I liked being outside for my art therapy. We found a newt and I looked after him, then I put him back. I used to feel bad a lot of the time. Finding things and making things together outside helped me to feel better. ”
